Welcome to my seaside home. Originally built in the 1930s the home has many classic Maine features. Great for families with children traveling with grandparents or another couple. Downstairs is ideal for gathering. A sunny living with a games table, Smart TV, and LoveSac sactional that can be arranged to sleep 2. For additional sleeping options there is a convertible couch in the common area that can be used as a twin or turned into a king bed. The kitchen is fitted with all the essentials. Dining room to gather for family meals. The main floor bath has a stall shower. A main floor bedroom (Queen) with closets. Max sleeping capacity downstairs = 4. Upstairs there are 2 bedrooms. It's an attic style upstairs with a dormer on one side and an angled eave on the other. You walk through the first room to get into the second. For privacy curtains can be pulled to separate the two twins on the right side of the first bedroom from the third twin bed tucked under the eave. For entertainment there is a TV with Roku and a classic NES Mini console. with two kids sized bean bags. There is a door separating the first bedroom from the second bedroom. The second bedroom has a queen bed and a twin bed. There is also a desk in the 2nd upstairs bedroom. Max sleeping capacity upstairs = 6.

Second Floor Plan: Stairs located in the kitchen, at the top of the stairs, for privacy, there is a door that can be closed to separate the first and second floor. Through the door and to the right (dormer side) there are two twin beds. A curtain on a ceiling track can be pulled to provide privacy from the left side of the room. The left side (eve) has a trundle tucked around the corner, a TV with ROKU and NES Mini, two bean bags, and a small closet. There is a wall and door separating the first and second room but you have to walk through the first room to get to the second. In the second bedroom there is a queen bed. There is room for a queen air bed, it can be provided upon request. There are window air conditioner located in each bedroom. Heat is provided by electric baseboard, thermostat control in the second bedroom.
